Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

So after lunch, the pumpkin seeds were roasted and ready to eat. A little butter, a little salt and a 300 degree oven for 45 minutes. Everyone tried at least one of the seeds and some who were hesitant came back for more. The consensus among the group was that they tasted like popcorn. Our senses were all used today in our experiences with the pumpkin. The best one today was the sense of taste.
