Day 4

The caterpillars have taken their position to begin their transformation. We are anxious to see what happens when we come back after the weekend.

Day 3 Butterfly Inquiry

We've observed that many of the caterpillars have moved to the top of the container. When we read the information that was sent we found out that this is a critical time in the transformation from catepillar to butterfly. We are anxious to see what happens next.

Day 2 Caterpillars and Butterflies

The students noticed that there is a lot more web today and they think that they look like they have grown today. They also seem more active today and eating slot of food.

Thank you to Mrs. Myers who ordered these butterfly kits for our class. They finally arrived and now begins the journey from caterpillar to butterfly. We look forward to some great observations by the children as they observe the changes over time. Check back often to see our journey.
